About Us

Our History

Hugo Concepts has been around since 1997, formerly known as Hugo Construction and in 2014 Hugo De Concepts Pte Ltd was establised. Helmed by a team of professsionals who passes the proficiency and the knowledge of what design is about, Hugo De Concepts Pte Ltd has served and delighted many home, commercial, office and building owners.

Beside interior design and renovation work, Hugo De Concepts Pte Ltd has expanded our team and resources into Building Construction. With our BCA General Builder license (GB2), Hugo De Concepts Pte Ltd strive to continue to serve more customers with their Additional & Alterations (A&A) requirement.

Our Expertise

The professionals panel from Hugo De Concepts Pte Ltd come from various backgrounds and bring with them experience in managing home, office and commercial interior / external designs, as well as major projects with A&A work including collaboration with our Architect and Professional Engineer. Our team are qualifed with the below licenses;

BCA General Builder (GB2).

Bizsafe Level 3 Risk Management Certificate.

Building Construction Safety Supervisor Certificate.

NCSS (National Certificate For Construction Supervisor).

FSS (Forework Safety Supervisor).

Essential Knowledge in Construction Regulations & Management for Licensed Builder.

Safety Instruction Course (Manhole) For Supervisor.

CID Registered Supervisor Security Officer.

A. Tan has a degree in Interior Design and another degree in Architecture. These skills translate to a sensitivity to color, hue and composition. This makes her indispensable when it comes to color pallets and accents for your design!
